All Tech Electronics has addressed concerns about the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-2019) situation. As a supplier to the Aerospace and Defense industries, we continue to be operational and functioning. Where practical, personnel are working remotely, furthermore we are following guidance as directed by the state and federal governments. We are concurrently honoring the President’s guidelines for supporting the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce as laid out in a memorandum dated 3/20/2020 by
The Under Secretary of Defense.

“If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule.”

Milpitas, CA – Mar 3, 2016 – e2v inc today announced the addition of 14 new components to its advanced CMOS AC/ACT logic product offering. The expanded product line offers new standard AC/ACT logic functions processed to the MIL-PRF-38534 Class Q standard and the standard military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.

These products are manufactured with new die and wafers that are designed and manufactured by e2v specifically for expanding the product portfolio supporting its military customers. e2v is a QML-qualified supplier with a commitment to the US Military to deliver ruggedized semiconductors in ceramic or plastic packages  and can provide an additional source of supply for system design engineers in the aerospace, defense or other military markets.

Mont Taylor, vice-president of business development at e2v inc said, “This product offering demonstrates e2v’s capabilities in resurrections and obsolescence planning through our Semiconductor Lifecycle Management (SLiM) program. We can help our customers lengthen the life of their existing systems by delivering critical components long after the original supplier has issued an end-of-life order. This is a subset of a logic family, but we can also resurrect analog functions.”

The AC/ACT product line provides basic-circuit building blocks used in subsystems from fighter planes and passenger jets to radar applications. The AC/ACT offering is supplied to DLA SMD standard microcircuit drawings and available to order as a catalog product.

e2v provides complete solutions with its Signal Chain Integrity Program (SCIP), which can guarantee supply and performance on products for 10+ years through qualification, inventory management, and product resurrections. This program can protect critical sockets across a program or platform by offering multi-project wafers to lower customer costs for families of parts.

We all know about Sensitron’s world class discrete products that are used extensively throughout the defense and aerospace market but to categorize them that way does not do this company justice.  Take a look at the depth and breadth of their product offering:

First, Sensitron’s Power Semiconductor Products have been used in space and high-reliability applications for more than 30 years. They offer a broad array of Zener diodes/ Zener Voltage Regulator diodes, Zener die and an extensive line of space equivalent diodes. Sensitron’s zener diodes are available in a wide voltage range, from  3.3V to 390V, with a standard tolerance of 5%. The Zener diodes are available in a voidless hermetically sealed glass package. To order zener diodes in a surface mount package, add the suffix “US”, or without a suffix for zener diodes in an axial leaded package.

Peregrine is an MIL-PRF-38535 Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) certified supplier with a high-reliability standard catalog portfolio that includes RF switches, digital step attenuators (DSAs), prescalers, phase-locked loops (PLLs) and DC-DC converters. Today All Tech Electronics, Inc. announced that Nelson Soo will assume the role of Sales Director effective immediately. Over the last 20 years, Nelson Soo has distinguished himself as an exceptional leader, serving in diverse management roles and overseeing multiple phases of growth and expansion into new market areas and territories.
Nelson started his career at Texas Instruments. Since leaving TI, Nelson has worked as a Sales Director at Novati Tech and most recently at STATSChipPAC, in the same capacity. He has also served other Silicon Valley companies in various roles, including Integrated Device Technology, Micrel Semiconductor and Cypress Semiconductor.
In addition, Nelson has an esteemed military career serving in the US Army. He joined the enlisted ranks after high school and spent three years with the 2nd Battalion, 6th Air Defense Artillery Regiment based at Ft. Bliss, TX. He played a pivotal role in the evaluation of the next generation ADATS (Air Defense Anti-Tank System) and received the Army Commendation Medal for his efforts.
“I’m very honored and excited to join the All Tech Electronics team,” Nelson said in the announcement. “It is the ideal time for All Tech Electronics to build on its current leadership and lead in key growth markets.”

There are several misconceptions concerning traceability and authentication to screen out counterfeit parts that are purchased from Independent Sources. No combination of traceability or component testing keeps out all Counterfeit Silicon nor ensures Reliable Silicon.

The NRE costs to develop test programs and fixtures for component testing is expensive and needs to be destructive for reliability testing.   Parametric testing is not reliability testing.

After Buyers and Engineers have exhausted all of their authorized aftermarket and franchised sources, they should submit their obsolete parts to Global Circuit Innovations to determine if a potential quick reaction and low cost solution is available prior to purchasing parts from the Open Market.

 Global Circuit Innovation (GCI) offers a three-step process to offer a potential quick reaction and low-cost approach to solve Integrated Circuit (IC) obsolete parts.

 Three Step Process:

  • Work with the Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) Field Application Engineer and customers engineering organization to identify a franchised functional donor part in a different footprint to harvest die and reassemble into the desired footprint.
  • Provide engineering evaluation units for system level testing to ensure our “Remanufactured” Parts meet all of the system  and environment requirements.
  • Produce and test “Remanufactured “ Parts in accordance with our customers or OCM drawings.  Remark part with GCI part number and provide franchised donor part and GCI Certificate of Conformance and the same warranty as the OCM to extend the life cycle 5

Reballed / Lead-Solder Exchanged & Screened ProductsAll Tech Electronics, Inc.

Micross Components’ Retail+™ product line enables customers to use industry leading components that were not previously available for their hi-rel, long life applications. Micross purchases COTS components and enhances them for use in military, aerospace, transportation, industrial, and medical applications.

Retail+™ products are converted from RoHS Pb-free solder metallurgies to tin-lead (SnPb 63/37) based metallurgies. Pb-free BGA packages are reballed and Pb-free leaded and non-leaded packages go through a solder dip exchange using our established processes that brings them up to standards for use in hi-rel applications.

Electrical Verification

Micross performs the following electrical verification at 25°C on every device (100%):

  • ICC Static – Power is applied and all inputs pins/balls are configured in a known state. Overall current consumption is measured.
  • Leakage – Power is applied and all inputs are configured in a known state. Current consumption on each pin/ball is measured.
  • Continuity – This test is performed on each I/O pin/ball. VDD and VSS are all grounded. ~100uA of current is sinked and sourced across the protection diodes of every I/O pin/ball to test for opens and shorts.

Solid State Relays

Micropac Industries, Inc. designs and manufactures standard and fully custom solid state relays (SSRs) for the high reliability industrial, military/aerospace and space markets. Radiation tolerant designs are also available. Optically isolated and magnetically isolated configurations are commonly employed. The rich feature set can include short circuit protection, built in test, thermal shutdown, status lines and current limiting.

Solid State Power Controllers

Micropac Industries, Inc. designs and manufactures standard and fully custom solid state power controllers (SSPCs) for the industrial, military/aerospace and space markets. Included in the offerings are radiation tolerant designs. Optically isolated and magnetic isolated configurations are available. Features can include short circuit protection, built in test, thermal shutdown, status lines and current limiting. Industrial Power Controllers combine the features and benefits of solid state relays and circuit breakers.

Heaters

Standard and custom AC and DC heater designs are available in several package styles. These proportionally controlled solid state circuit heaters provide, via an external program resistor, a user selected heating temperature.

Radiation Tolerant SSRs and SSPCs

Micropac has standard radiation tolerant solid state relays and solid state power controllers. Custom rad hard products are available as well as test reports on samples radiation tested. Standard products are ‘off-the-shelf’ designs that do not have lot specific radiation test data.

Power Op Amps

Power Op Amps compliant to MIL-PRF-38534 and listed on Standard Military Drawings (SMDs) are available from Micropac. The power op amps are high power, high voltage and high current designs. They can be used to drive capacitive, inductive and resistive loads. Radiation Tolerant versions are also available.

Voltage Regulators

Micropac offers a family of three terminal voltage regulators up to 20 Amps, including 200°C regulators.

High Temperature

Micropac offers standard products as well as custom packaging capabilities for high temperature products.
