VPT Components Introduces MIL-PRF-19500/586 Schottky Barrier Rectifiers: 1N5817-1, 1N5817UR-1, 1N5819-1, 1N5819UR-1
All Tech is pleased to announce that VPT Components has received DLA qualification of the following 1A Schottky barrier rectifiers, helping create a much more competitive procurement environment for these long-standing Microsemi sole-source parts. All Tech will be stocking these devices to support short lead time requirements.

1N5819-1, 1N5819UR-1
All parts have been qualified to JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS quality levels per MIL-PRF-19500/586 and are available in both axial leaded (DO-41) and surface mount (DO-213AB) package types which are suitable for demanding military, space and high reliability applications.
Both parts feature low forward voltage at 1A and are designed to be used in a variety of applications such as low voltage, high frequency inverters and reverse polarity protection
