With the acquisition of MACOM’s Hi-Rel Components business (formerly Aeroflex Metelics) in September 2018, VPT Components is now one of the largest providers of JAN certified semiconductors serving the space and aerospace industries with one of the best quality ratings. This acquisition provides VPT Components with an additional 40,000 square feet of state of the art manufacturing and test capability of high reliability discrete semiconductors.
As of June 1, 2019 All Tech Electronics is officially a Franchised / Authorized Distributor of all products manufactured by Teledyne Relays, a global provider of switching solutions for aviation, test and measurement equipment, industrial control, and military & space applications.
With bandwidths from DC-18GHz and signal integrity up to 40Gbps, Teledyne’s ultra-miniature surface-mountable electromechanical relays are perfect for high frequency and high throughput applications. This high-speed CMOS line, a new family of logic products, called FCT for Fast CMOS Technology, is designed for high-current drive bus interface applications and includes octal line drivers, octal bi-directional bus transceivers, latches as well as other functions.
The initial parts include the popular parts such as the 240, 241, 244, 245, 273 and 645. Parts are offered in both the FCT and FCT-T versions. Many additional parts will be shortly introduced including parts that are hard to get.
